They can be revitalized so simply and quickly with the minimum actions and normal budget, applying the most recent funding model especially PPP and collaborating with various stakeholders. The places that would be felt having the opportunity that can lead to other alternatives and flagship projects with tiny actions aiming the transformation in a part of the urban environment for approaching urban identity and make new shapes of urban vibrant.
WHY “SMALL MOVEMENTS”
